Feeling under the weather?

Good afternoon everyone.
Well I have another amazing One Day Special coming to your screens on Wednesday evening at 6pm.
I am super excited about this one.  So much so that as soon as I knew these dies were being released and did a little grovelling to the Creative Expressions team and asked if I could be allowed to take this one to TV.  It is utterly my style, and works with some new products I will be releasing VERY soon..... (just sayin!!!).

I have discovered that I have a huge love of circle dies, of "wavy lines" dies and Cosmic Shimmer Chalk Cloud, particularly the blue lagoon and vanilla.  They are divine.  I will be using these on Wednesday so you will see what I mean, and I am sure you will love them too.  I also love my Pixie Powders.  Again blue lagoon and the candy pink have stolen my heart a bit and I had to be very careful that everything was not covered in blue and pink pixies lol.

Anyway, here is the card I created for the show, and will form one of my demos for sure.

Hope you like it.

Hugs.

Looking back on 2017

Happy 2018 everybody.
Hope you all had a relaxing and happy time over the holidays.  It feels very strange getting
back to crafting after a week off.  Hopefully it has rejuvenated my crafting mojo and my ability to blog more often (he he).

So I thought I would quickly share a few of my faves of 2017.
Well more than a few but I just love so many!

Oh, and before I sign off, keep checking back here as I will soon be able to share some sneak peaks of the new fantabulous crafting goodies I have coming your way this year.

2018 is going to be very very exciting!

A little bit of Christmas

Hi everyone
I am just popping in today to share with you some of my older projects.
I have finished Christmas for this year and on to Spring, Summer and Autumn 2018 now !
So I thought I would share a few of my oldies but goodies ;)
Hope you like them and they give you just a little inspiration to get your Christmas cards and projects started.

This was using my Mr and Mrs Claus stamps from last year,  alongside the MDF
Snowglobe.  I love it.

Here are my Reindeer Pals covered with my Christmas papers from last year too!
These inspired me to scale down the reindeer for some dies.

And finally, the gnomes!
These, alongside my penguins and Mr Claus have been my utter favourites so far.
I hope you like them.
Hugs.

Off to Hochanda tomorrow

Good morning.
Well I am all packed and ready for tomorrow.  I’m off to sunny Peterborough for my next One Day Special featuring Sue Wilson’s amazingly cute dies.
I thought I would share one or two of the samples with you as I have created so many I don’t want you to miss them on TV.  These are more of a clean and simple style compared to the fabulous creations by Sue, but I thought it would be a good way of showing how these dies work with all crafty styles.

Hope you can tune in at 6pm and 8pm on Tuesday, followed by 9am, 1pm and 5pm on Wednesday.
Hugs

Something Cute

Morning all.

I have been working hard on samples for a "Baby" show I will be doing on the 7th November.
This is with the brand new release from Sue Wilson.  I am so lucky to have the opportunity to play with her amazing dies.

This show is perfect for me, as I can show off my clean and simple style using some wonderful products.

Below you can see a sneaky peak.  Now you would normally expect to see lots of layers with Sue's dies but my style is so different from that.  I wanted to share my own unique way of using them so you can appreciate how versatile they really are.

I am thrilled with these 2 samples.

Make sure you tune in on the 7th and 8th November to see how these were created.
Hugs.

Spritzy Backgrounds

So, a few days ago I posted some fab pictures of backgrounds I created.
I used Pixie Powders, Ink Misters and water.
Just thought I would share with you what I did with the excess ink that was left on my mat.

This is showing literally my mopping up of the craft sheet.  I took a piece of watercolour card and as I said, I mopped up all the remaining ink from my craft mat and left to dry.
This created a perfect piece of card to die cut.
Do you want to see what I created?

You see.  All you need to do is a little die cutting.  Add a little sentiment and voila!  A fabulous card.
The stamp is from a set by Creative Expression as shown below.  A very vintage stamp to create a thoroughly modern card.

Hope you like it.
Hugs.
